Basic requirements for the operating environment of CNC machine toolsAs a high-precision machine equipment, CNC machine tools have a high degree of electromechanical integration and play an important role in modern mechanical manufacturing, greatly improving the production efficiency of machine equipment. As a machine equipment, it is affected by various factors such as environment, air, and power supply during use. Improper use can easily cause malfunctions in CNC machine tools, affecting their normal use and operation. In the process of use, attention should be paid to the rational use of CNC machine tools to provide guarantees for their normal use. Due to the higher precision and more electronic components of CNC machine tools compared to ordinary machine tools, there are certain requirements for the installation and use location, temperature, and power supply
1、 Requirements for installation location The installation position of the machine tool should be away from the vibration source, avoiding the influence of moisture and airflow, and avoiding direct sunlight and thermal radiation. The workplace should avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environments, and avoid places that are too humid and have too much dust. When using, it is necessary to choose a dry and clean site. Enterprises with conditions should try their best to place the use of CNC machine tools in an air-conditioned environment and maintain a constant room temperature; Due to China is temperate climate, monsoon influence, and large temperature differences, high-precision and expensive CNC machine tools should be used in air-conditioned rooms. 2、 Temperature requirements The operating environment of CNC machine tools should have a temperature below 30 ℃ and a relative humidity that is not too high. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or air coolers inside the CNC electrical box to maintain a constant or small temperature variation of electronic components, especially the central processing unit. Excessive temperature and humidity can reduce the lifespan of control system components, leading to multiple malfunctions, as well as increasing dust and causing circuit board short circuits. 3、 Requirements for Machine Tool Power Supply If the CNC machine tool is installed in a general machining workshop, due to the large temperature changes in the environment, poor operating conditions, and various mechanical and electrical equipment, the power grid fluctuates greatly. Stay away from strong electromagnetic interference sources to ensure stable operation of the machine tool. Therefore, the installation site of CNC machine tools requires strict control over the power supply voltage. The fluctuation of power supply voltage must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the CNC system. If the workshop has a machine tool network management system, network interfaces should also be considered. 4、 Numerical control machine tools are composed of electronic components and metal casings. When selecting the work site, it is necessary to avoid areas with corrosive gases, as corrosive gases can easily cause electronic components to deteriorate, poor contact, or short circuits, affecting the normal operation of the machine tool. To avoid problems such as deterioration of electronic components and corrosion of metal parts caused by corrosive gases, which may affect the normal use of CNC machine tools; 5、 As a highly automated and intelligent machine, CNC machine tools should be kept away from working environments with large vibrations and from machinery and equipment that can affect them. If necessary, anti vibration measures should be taken in the workplace to create a good working environment for the use of CNC machine tools. To stay away from equipment with high vibration (such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc.), high-precision machine tools should also adopt anti vibration measures (such as anti vibration grooves, etc.), otherwise it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, and also cause poor contact and failure of electronic components, affecting the reliability of the data control machine tool. |
