    Reasons for bearing problems in CNC machine tools




    1、 Improper installation
    1. Using brute force during installation, hitting the bearing directly with a hammer can cause the greatest damage to the bearing; It is the main cause of deformation.
    2. Improper installation, deviation or failure to install in the bearing position, resulting in insufficient bearing clearance. The inner and outer circles are not at the same center of rotation, resulting in a lack of concentricity.
    Suggestion: Choose appropriate or professional bearing installation tools, and use specialized instruments to test after installation.
    2、 Poor lubrication
    According to the investigation, poor lubrication is one of the main reasons for premature bearing damage. The main reasons include: failure to timely add lubricant or lubricating oil; Lubricant or lubricating oil not added properly; Improper selection of lubricants or lubricating oils; Incorrect lubrication method, etc.
    Suggestion: Choose the correct lubricant or oil, and use the correct lubrication filling method.
    3、 Pollution
    Pollution can also cause premature damage to bearings, which refers to the entry of dust, metal shavings, etc. into the interior of bearings. The main reasons include: opening the bearing packaging too early before use, causing contamination; The working environment during installation is not clean, causing pollution; The working environment of bearings is not clean, and the working medium is contaminated.
    Suggestion: It is best not to unpack the bearing before use; Keep the installation environment clean during installation and clean the bearings to be used; Enhance the sealing device of the bearing.
    4、 Fatigue
